The Icynene expandable foam insulation system is used in every EnerMax Home. No more pink for us.

iLevel TJI by Trusjoist |

|
It all starts with the floor. We use only TJI TrusJoist flooring systems. TJI® Joists revolutionized the way you build floors. Trus Joist developed the wooden I-joist 35 years ago. Engineered to provide strength and consistency, these joists are a key part of the FrameWorks® Floor System. The dimensional stability of TJI joists helps them resist the warping, twisting, and shrinking that can lead to squeaky floors. TJI joists are light weight and come in long lengths. This helps save on bearing walls because we can span a greater distance than traditional 2”x 10” framing. To complete the system we use ¾ tongue and groove structure wood for the floor sheathing. This is then glued and screwed to maximize structural integrity and minimize squeaks and movement.
